A class designed for all levels, it promotes improvement in Bowspring posture and alignment. Covers all basic Bowspring alignments for hands, feet, legs, and arms, used in all forms in all Pramu classes. Students will train through the 10 key areas of the body. To learn and support body awareness and mindfulness through breathing and movement.

The Roots (Level 2)
The earthly Bowspring routine, called Roots. The series of 54 basic postures is appropriate for people who are familiar with Bowspring practice. It is a challenge for a deeper practice while applying the different elements learned as well as being able to delve into a sequence.
Flow (Level 1.5)
Class with more intermediate postures of the Roots sequence. This fluid dynamic practice is intermediate to advanced level. Students should have a good knowledge of the Bowspring work, it is for those who seek flow, deep flow in their practice. Each class is unique and with a series of postures aimed at strengthening its practice in its roots and expansion of internal growth.
